Non‑Refundable Cases

  • If dissatisfaction is based on grades, marks, or academic results

  • If delays occur due to late information or requirements from the client

  • For services already reviewed, downloaded, or submitted


Revision Policy (Instead of Refund)

In many cases, we encourage revisions instead of refunds.
We offer free revisions if:

  • The work does not follow the initially agreed instructions

  • A genuine issue is reported within the specified revision period
